On March 8, 2016 O.O. Balanutsa, Ukrainian Consul-General to Dubai has met with Mr. Essam Issa Al Humaidan, UAE Deputy General Prosecutor – Dubai Attorney General 

During official meeting with emirate official it was discussed issues related to protection of rights and interests of Ukrainian citizens being under control of Consulate.

In reply Dubai General Prosecutor informed that there are no any notable cases registered in courts with Ukrainian citizens.

Particular attention was given for active legal background in the context of realization of contracts between two countries with regards to mutual legal support in criminal cases and extradition of law breakers. As a result of the meeting the parties agreed to keep working contacts.
