Dear Applicant,

Greetings from the Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Consulate of Ukraine informs that you must use the following link http://visa.mfa.gov.ua to fill-in ONLINE application and choose the date of your appointment to come IN PERSON.  In order we provide you with the best service, please plan your trips accordingly. 

Visas upon arrival (airports Boryspil, Kyiv (Zhuliany), Odesa)

- fill in application and print it out to bring with you

- return tickets

- hotel confirmation

- medical travel insurance

Private Visit/Business

  • Filled in and Printed Application
  • Original of the Invitation from Ukraine (from the Notary and/or original letter from the Company) and its copy
  • passport copy and residence visa
  • 1 photograph with white background
  • NOC from the employer
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months
  • Copy of flight booking
  • proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide a minimum of €30 000 or equivalent coverage). Holders of diplomatic/service passports are exempt from this requirement 

Tourist Visa  

  • Filled in and Printed Application
  • passport copy and residence visa
  • 1 photograph with white background
  • Original of the tourist voucher
  • Copy of License of the tourist company eligible to operate in Ukraine 
  • Daily touristic program of stay
  • NOC from the employer
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months
  • Hotel booking confirmation (official letterhead, stamped)
  • Copy of flight booking
  • proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide a minimum of €30 000 or equivalent coverage). Holders of diplomatic/service passports are exempt from this requirement

Long Term Visa (Student)

  • Filled in and Printed Application
  • passport copy and residence visa
  • 1 photograph with white background
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months from a parent
  • Students, in addition, must submit the following documents, duly attested by the MOFA UAE and Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai
    • educational record
  • No Objection letter from parents (if below 18 years old)
  • Copies of parents’ passports (if below 18 years old)
  • Original of the Invitation from the University
  • proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide a minimum of €30 000 or equivalent coverage).

Long Term Visa (Family/Husband and Wife)

  • Filled in and Printed Application
  • passport copy and residence visa
  • 1 photograph with white background
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months
  • Marriage certificate duly attested
  • Certificate of the Marital status (single, married, divorced) from Dubai court or Your Embassy/Consulate
  • Copy of the passport of your wife (Ukrainian national passport)
  • proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide a minimum of €30 000 or equivalent coverage). Holders of diplomatic/service passports are exempt from this requirement

Long Term Visa (Immigration /Employment)

  • Filled in and Printed Application
  • passport copy and residence visa
  • 1 photograph with white background
  • NOC from the employer
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months
  • Hotel booking
  • Copy of flight booking
  • proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide a minimum of €30 000 or equivalent coverage). Holders of diplomatic/service passports are exempt from this requirement
  • Ukrainian Labor Office permit (applied for employment)
  • Ukrainian Immigration Authority permit (applied for immigration)
